We ask for two references: one from your current spiritual director, speaking to your consideration of a call to the practice of spiritual direction and your fitness for that call, and one from a pastor, mentor, or friend who can tell us about your relationship with God and others, describing your ability to be a listening presence. Please send the link to this Reference Form to each of your references, and place their names below. We will schedule an interview with you after receiving both of these references and your Personal Essay Question responses.
